Silicon Valley Shakespeare needs YOU.

Our volunteers assist in many areas, on performance nights and throughout the year, including:

Performance Nights: Ushering, concessions, audience services, house management
Production Support: Set construction, costume construction, general production assistance
Everyday Support: Help with administrative support, office assistance, event planning, fundraising

Ushers and concessions help are needed!

Volunteering on performance nights is a great way to help others enjoy the show, while you do at the same time!

Ushers hand out playbills, take tickets (at Sanborn shows), and help with seating set up (at Sanborn County Park).
Concessions volunteers help serve various meal and beverage provisions and sell merchandise, handle money, and help with the setup and cleanup of audience services tents.

Work Behind the Scenes

Have a talent for sewing, painting, swinging a hammer, or wielding a wrench? Perfect! We need your help building our sets! No prior theatre experience is required. High school and college students are especially encouraged to take advantage of this career-building opportunity. For more information, email Artistic Director Angie Higgins.
