MUCH IMPROV ABOUT NOTHING

SVS is thrilled to bring back one of 2020’s most popular online events! Much Improv About Nothing, a co-production with ComedySportz San José, went so nice we’re doing it twice.

Improvised Shakespeare? Yes, please!

This hilariously unscripted performance featuring top ComedySportz performers is sure to be the funniest comedy that Shakespeare never wrote.

Watch both shows… it’ll be totally new each time!

SHAKESPEARE SUMMER CAMP

Join us as we spend two exciting weeks exploring the entire playmaking experience—from acting to costuming to hair/makeup, set design to props, lighting to music—all within the framework of an abridged Shakespeare play.

Open to students aged 8 – 18 and located anywhere in the world, our online camp allows students to dive deeper into different theatre disciplines with an engaging mix of live online instruction and independent projects. On the final day of camp, students will present a final project in their chosen area of focus with a showcase video shared during a live online viewing party with family and friends.

Not familiar with Shakespeare? Not to worry! Students of all experience levels are welcome! And, as always, generous scholarships are available.
