ShakesBEERience
Raise a glass and a toast to betrayal at ShakesBEERience.
Join Silicon Valley Shakespeare at its new presenting venue, Narrative Fermentations, for the first ShakesBEERience of the season, featuring the Shakespearean tragedy, Julius Caesar.
Witness the rise and fall of a larger-than-life Roman general, brought vividly to life by familiar SVS artists. Think cheeky drinking game meets theatre.
Who knew history could taste so good?
Don’t miss the first pour of this season’s staged readings, where beer meets The Bard for drama and pints fit for the ages.

48-hour Play Festival
THIS IS WHAT happens when famous Shakespearean characters are foisted into the modern world of dating!
Fast, funny, and fearless, ShakesDATE celebrates the thrill of creative risk and the universal awkwardness of trying to connect. This festival delivers sharp wit, unexpected romance, and fresh theatre made at lightning speed. Don’t miss the exciting and bold theatre event!
In just two days, bold theatre artists race the clock to create brand-new short plays inspired by Shakespeare’s timeless obsessions like love, lust, jealousy, missed connections, all filtered through the chaos of dating apps, ghosting, situationships, and first-date fantasies.
The 48-hour Play Festival is presented in partnership with Foothill College Theatre Arts.

Shakescamp
Silicon Valley Shakespeare’s summer camp is accepting campers now!
ShakesCamp helps kids build confidence as public speakers, collaborate as artists and thinkers, and develop learning skills that will continue to serve them well after the summer’s fun is over.
Spend two weeks rehearsing an abridged production of William Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing with our dedicated team.
Students will dive headfirst into acting, improvisation, and unarmed stage combat, in addition to behind-the-scenes action such as creating costumes, props, set pieces, and more. No prior experience is needed, and every student is cast in the play’s ensemble.
Whether you're a beginner to the Bard or already savvy on stage, make a scene with us this summer!
