Like countless arts organizations nationwide, we were sidelined by government funding that was revoked entirely or severely reduced (some by as much as 75%).
While we’ve made exceptional growth this year in our attendance numbers and other areas, and we’ve tightened expenses as much as possible, the reality is that they just can’t compensate for the major cuts to arts funding.
